How does the letter subscription work?

When you subscribe, you’ll receive a physical letter by mail every two weeks, alternating between the two main characters. The letters are printed in a way that adds to the immersion of the story, and mailed directly to your door. Over the course of one year, you’ll collect 24 letters that tell the complete story.

When will I be billed?

You are billed immediately upon signing up, and then approximately every 30 days, typically on the same day of the month that you signed up.

When are letters mailed?

We begin mailings on the second and fourth Mondays of the month.  

Are the letters based on true stories?

The stories and characters are fictional but inspired by real historical events.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes! The subscription makes a perfect gift for fans of historical romance, letter-writing, or immersive storytelling. At checkout, just enters your recipient's mailing address.

Is this suitable for all ages?

The series is written for adults and older teens. The content is romantic but not explicit, and the historical details are accurate and engaging for history enthusiasts of all ages.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to US addresses.

Can I read the letters digitally instead of by mail?

Currently, 24Postmarks is a physical mail experience only. We believe the tactile element — holding and opening the letter — is essential to the immersive storytelling. However, we may offer a digital companion version in the future.

How much does it cost?

The subscription is $9.99/month or $99.99/year, which includes printing, materials, and postage for all 24 letters. Gift subscriptions are also available.

What if I miss a letter or one gets lost in the mail?

If a letter doesn’t arrive, contact our support team and we’ll replace it at no extra charge.
